Hi There, I really love your lunch box range and have been using them over the past 5 years or so for my kids to use at school however I feel they are not robust enough, I have had to replace 3 over the years and just had another of the clips break off as it was dropped while being put into the school bag. Hi i sent feedback via your website and subsequent enail, due to no reply I will attempt contact this way. I purchased 2 nude food lunchboxes late Jan for kids starting back at school from my local Kmart store and unfortunately the clip on the main lunchbox compartment has broken already, rendering it useless as it will not stay shut, ( after less than 2 weeks use), as I did not keep the receipt my local store is unable to refund and they have no stock left to replace it. I am hoping you can assist with a replacement or refund and I am hoping the 2nd one does not fail as per the 1st one.
